In addition to set programs to start JustStartIt is posible. Because, and I walk through StartMenu favorite programs try to find hate I wrote this tool. Too slow or fast. Partly a problem using the mouse.

KeyboardShortcuts
[ESC] - minimize Systemtray
[CTRL] + [A] - Selects all in the search field.

the [DOWN] - Scrolls up [UP [RETURN] - the selected item
Starts [DEL] -) selected item
[A] - the selected item (list should be the focus) and autostart
in the search field [S] - Jumps (list removes the focus should be open
